This privacy policy defines and informs you of how Sociacom uses and protects the information you provide to us. For better identification of the different parties, the person providing data concerning him/her will hereinafter be referred to as “the User”. 

It may be modified or supplemented at any time by Sociacom, in particular with a view to complying with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological developments. In such a case, the date of its update will be clearly mentioned at the top of this policy. These modifications commit the User as soon as they are put online. The User should therefore regularly consult this privacy policy and the use of cookies in order to be aware of any modifications to which it may have been subject.

With regard to the surname, first name, email address, telephone number, company and functions that may be requested from the user, they are hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”. 

In the case of refusal by the User to provide certain personal data, the latter will not be able to benefit from certain information or services that he would have requested. (c) for the purpose of being able to contact you about various events relating to SOCIACOM, including in particular product updates and customer support; and/or

Only Sociacom is the recipient of your Personal Information. These, whether in individual or aggregated form, are never transmitted to a third party, the subcontractors that Sociacom uses (you will find more information about them in point 7 below). Neither Sociacom nor any of its subcontractors market the personal data of users of its Site. 


  • 4. Shelf life 

Your Personal Information is kept by Sociacom only for the time corresponding to the purpose of the processing indicated in 2 above which cannot in any case exceed 36 months, or 24 months after the expiry of your contract if you are client of Sociacom.

Sociacom informs you that it will be entitled, if necessary, to oppose manifestly abusive requests (by their number, their repetitive or systematic nature).

  • 6. Response times

  • 7. Authorized service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union 

Sociacom informs you that it uses its authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data that you have communicated to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and have communication of the data collected through the various forms present on the Site (with the exception of the form allowing you to exercise your Data Protection Rights which is proposed and used by the company Sociacom). 

Sociacom has previously ensured the implementation by its service providers of adequate guarantees and compliance with strict conditions in terms of confidentiality, use and data protection. In particular, vigilance has focused on the existence of a legal basis for carrying out any transfer of data to a third country.
